I was recommended Lightsheer Duet machine by a friend of mine and having done my research about I found Laserpod clinic on Google. As Laserpod already had had great reviews I decided to book a consultation.
I met Siobhan and I quickly realised she really does know what she’s doing and she is very patient! She has both a wealth of experience as well as depth of knowledge about her profession. I normally ask a lot of questions when it comes to any skin/body treatments as I’m very concerned about possible skin issues and I really appreciated how reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable she was.
I have been doing laser hair removal at Laserpod since mid 2020. Each appointment has been conducted in a very efficient, professional, and at the same time caring and gentle manner. I have now done several areas (full legs, armpits, bikini, upper lip) and I see a massive difference. Siobhan is absolutely brilliant, and she has ensured I’ve achieved the skin results I was after. I could not recommend her more. There is still some work to be done as lockdowns and the recent events have made it hard for me to progress at a pace I wanted to, so I will continue with the sessions. But so far I could not be happier with the difference Siobhan’s services have made to my physical looks and my overall confidence levels.

Shiv is an actual god send. I found her by chance because she used the laser which was supposed to be best in class for my skin type. So I worked backward and contacted her.
Also results wise, I haven’t had a touch up in the last 2 years since I moved out of London and I can say that the results have been phenomenal.

I had initially wanted to do full body. She did not let me do back and stomach because she believed my hair there was too fine and would not yield results. Most people in her place would have tried to upsell me but she did not.
That was the first time I went to Laserpod and definitely not the last one. Siobhan was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived! She was so amazing that she asked me to come again in 2.5 weeks (for free) in case she missed some areas of hairs so that we can achieve a better result. Wow! I had a full bikini treatment feeling the least possible pain. I will definitely consider treatments in other parts very soon. Also, very convenient location, ideal for me that I work nearby! Highly recommended!
